Welcome to Spark Life Movement and Wellbeing CIC!

We're so excited you've found us... but who are we?

Spark Life might just be one of the best kept secrets in Prestwich! Why? Because we're the cosy, safe, tucked away movement and wellbeing studio that's waiting for you!

That's right... the chances are you've found us because you're looking for something a little different from the norm. We are passionate advocates that everyone can find a way of moving their body that they enjoy and we practise that principle in our own lives. Which is why we are proudly a weight-neutral studio.  No body-shaming, no weight-loss talk, no diet discussions... at Spark Life we celebrate moving our bodies as a form of self-compassion and self-care.

We're also proud to be a CIC (Community Interest Company) which means we are for impact not for profit. We want movement and wellbeing to be accessible to all and our mission is to make a difference to the lives of the women in our community by providing inclusive fitness and wellbeing opportunities. That's why our class memberships and room hire options are on a sliding scale:

Our Community Supported membership is available for those who would love to join us but for whom it is currently a financial impossibility (with a Pay What you Can option within this).

Our standard memberships offer you the opportunity to Pay What We Need to cover the costs of running a business, maintaining a facility and paying our female coaching team a living wage for themselves and their families to thrive.

We also offer a Pay it Forward option which enables those who would like to support us in our mission of breaking down barriers for women to move and be well, to do so. From the option to choose a membership with an additional donation, or to 'donate a session' on an ad hoc basis, we hope this opportunity to empower women through movement makes our community even stronger!
